Joel De Wit

Executive Director


Joel joined Justice for All as the Development Director in June 2015 and was appointed as the Executive Director in 2021.

Justice for All encompasses various aspects of ministry, and Joel is well-suited for the role, adept at handling multiple tasks at once. As a faith-based organization dependent on donations, Joel keeps an eye on opportunities for JFA. His willingness to let his team experiment and embrace risks enables their growth. Joel's attention to detail and quick thinking significantly benefits the ministry.

Joel lives in Rock Rapids, IA, with his wife, April, and their five children: Berlyn, Isaiah, Hudson, Colbex, and Feanix. He cherishes family time and actively participates in his children's lives, the community, and his church. Joel is excited for the opportunities presented him and feels called to serve at JFA.

Nick Leloux

Service & Learning/Outside Project Coordinator


In January of 2019, Nick's journey with JFA began as in an internship as part of his seminary requirement to serve in a ministry. In October of 2019, Nick accepted God's call into a full-time position with Justice for All.

Nick is continuously seeking ways to expand the service and learning arm of JFA. His interaction with churches and groups reveals his passion for serving Christ. Currently, JFA has five major service and learning trips throughout North America. Nick organizes and extends an initiation for others to join God at work. Coordinating service and learning trips involves details and relationships. Nick also helps in the warehouse. His willingness to do whatever it takes makes him a great fit at JFA. 

Nick lives in Rock Valley along with his wife Shelby and three daughters Elle, Ava, and Hannah.  They attend Faith Reformed Church in Rock Valley, IA.  Nick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and Bible studies. We are thankful that the Lord has brought Nick into the life of JFA's ministry.


Pat VanderPol

Office Manager & Volunteer Coordinator


Pat has been integral to JFA from its inception. She has undertaken a variety of roles and remains a key figure at JFA. Her welcoming personality draws people to JFA, and her kindness, commitment, and Christian testimony reflect the spirit of the ministry. Pat was JFA's first employee. She retired in 2015, only to return to JFA later.

Her contributions to JFA are numerous. The relationships she has fostered with JFA's partners have immensely blessed the ministry. Whether leading a bus tour, organizing meals and charity events, decorating the office, or preparing a lunch, Pat completes the task with a servant's heart.

Pat and Warren live on an acreage near Rock Valley. They have celebrated over 50 years of marriage and are blessed with four adult children and twelve grandchildren. They are members of Trinity Christian Reformed Church.

Bill Bajema

Truck Driver & Warehouse Coordinator


Bill recently expanded his role at JFA, now overseeing all warehouse activities. He spearheads the trucking division of JFA's ministry, which entails communicating with the various ministries and entities served by JFA. Typically, Bill spends two weeks each month on the road. His expertise in packing and unloading is invaluable to JFA. Bill has built relationships with people from across the nation. Not only does he deliver items for ministries, he also personally connects with those who receive JFA loads.

Having been a part of JFA since the early '90s, Bill's background includes being a machinist and a farmer. He and his wife Kathy are parents to three daughters and grandparents to nine grandchildren. Bill's passions include spending time with his children and grandchildren. Both he and Kathy find time to serve in so many capacities. In their spare time they also enjoy canoeing and kayaking.

Paul & Susan VanWyhe

Paul: Warehouse & Maintenance

Susan: Marketing & Media Coordinator

Paul VanWyhe joined JFA as a part-time staff member in February 2024. He is adept at contributing in various capacities. Paul's dedication to Christ and serving others aligns well with JFA's ministry. He is enthusiastic about joining the JFA team and eager to assist wherever necessary.

Susan VanWyhe began her role at JFA in September 2021 as a part-time Marketing and Media Coordinator. After retiring from a fulfilling 37-year teaching career in 2021, working at JFA has enabled her to channel her passion for ministry and technology. Susan is involved in creating promotional materials for JFA and also contributes to office management.

Paul and Susan live on an acreage north of Rock Rapids. They are blessed with three married children and twelve grandchildren. The couple enjoys spending time with their family, fostering relationships, and embracing adventure.

Their roles at JFA offer them the opportunity to serve others in new and meaningful ways.
